1. You are always in control of your payment details, so there is no risk of unapproved charges. We never ship boxes until payment is made.
2. Since you control your payments in your online banking system, there is no risk of credit card theft or fraud.
3. Online Bank transfers don't have processing fees, which allows us to keep costs down and pass along the savings.
4. Most of our customers subscribe to monthly snack box deliveries. Online Bank Transfers can easily be setup to happen each month, so it becomes automatic with no further action required. Each month we send you an invoice for tax accounting, your automatic payment is processed, and we ship your snack box. Easy As.
We do not accept credit card payments.
Credit card processing would add $20 to the cost of the large snack boxes to cover processing fees and fraud prevention costs. We prefer to avoid this cost and keep our prices as low as possible.
When you add a snack box to your cart and checkout, then you will see a ‘subscription’ option - Select "Monthly Delivery" or "One-Time Order".
If you choose monthly snack box delivery, then the following process is followed each month:
We will send you an invoice on the 2nd Monday of each month.
You setup your Online Bank Transfer Payment to make the monthly subscription amount payment by the 3rd Friday of each month.
When your payment is made, we ship your box during the last week of the month so it will arrive about the 1st of each month.

We start shipping boxes on the 4th Monday of each month to customers who have paid their invoice.
If we do not receive a payment, we will send you a reminder invoice.
There is no obligation. You cna log into our site and change your subscriptions, skip a month, or you can stop the monthly deliveries and we'll stop sending the invoices.

Only unopened boxes can be returned to ensure the products can be safely returned to inventory. This is for the safety of you, our customers.

We define healthy snacks as having simple, natural, easy-to-read ingredients that you can actually understand. That means you won't see snacks with chemical additives or stuff like "BHT (E320)". We also check with the manufacturer's of each product to ask if they use Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's), and only carry those that do not. We prefer snacks with organic ingredients (grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides). We also periodically check the ingredients list to ensure the composition has not changed for the worse.
All of our snacks are vegetarian, and many are vegan.
Our large snack box contains 200 great snacks, pre-sorted into 4 large bags of 50 different tasty snacks. One bag of 50 snacks will completely fill the snack tray with a fantastic selection of healthy snacks you will love. Nuts, Chips, Chocolate, Fruit, Popcorn, Nut Bars, etc. with a large variety of flavours.
We steer clear of gluten and most of our snacks are labelled as Gluten Free (GF). If the snacks are not labelled as GF we ask the manufacturers for their assurance that they are GF. We do not carry snacks with barley, rye, oats, or wheat. We also do not carry snacks made in a factory that processes foods containing gluten.
However, if you have serious issues with gluten please check before consuming. We do the best we can, but since we are not the manufacturers we cannot absolutely confirm that all products are completely GF.
