Add your products to the cart, then during checkout of your order you will see a "Subscription" setting. You can choose "One-Time Purchase" or "Monthly Subscription."
Then we’ll email you our Online Bank Transfer details.
While making your payment, if you selected monthly deliveries, then setup online bank payments for the amount shown on the invoice for future payments before the 3rd Friday of each month.
Each month, you will receive an email invoice for the next box delivery, usually on the 2nd Monday of the month.
The invoice will also be your GST receipt.
We begin shipping boxes on the 4th Monday of each month. You will receive regular package tracking notifications.
If we do not receive a payment by the 3rd Friday, we will send a reminder invoice.
No boxes will ship until payment is received.
You are always in full control: if you skip a payment or cancel payments, then we will skip a shipment or cancel all shipments. Just login and change your subscription settings as needed.
